This Privacy Policy describes how Eazi SMS Pro ("we", "us") collects and handles data when you use our SMS and voice messaging platform, whether through the web dashboard, our REST API, or any official integration.

2. Data We Collect

When you use the Service to send a message, the following data is transmitted to our platform:

  • Your account credentials or API key (used to authenticate your request)
  • The recipient's phone number
  • Your configured Sender ID
  • The message content

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. If you use our WordPress plugin, no data is sent until you have entered your API key in the plugin settings.

3. How We Use This Data

We use the data above solely to:

  • Authenticate your request
  • Route and deliver messages to recipients via our carrier partners
  • Maintain delivery logs in your account dashboard

We do not use message content or recipient phone numbers for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than message delivery.

4. Data Sharing

To deliver messages we share the recipient phone number and message content with downstream mobile carrier networks. This is inherent to how SMS delivery works. We do not sell your data or share it with any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

Delivery logs (timestamp, recipient number, message status) are retained in your account for 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted.

If you use our WordPress plugin, it maintains a local log of outgoing messages (timestamp, recipient number, message content, delivery status) in your WordPress database (wp_eazi_sms_log table). This log is under your control and is retained until you manually clear it or uninstall the plugin, at which point all local log data is permanently deleted.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the recipients of messages sent through the Service have given appropriate consent to receive those messages, as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data in our systems, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

If you wish to request deletion of your account data, contact us at info@eazismspro.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
