This Privacy Policy describes how Eazi SMS Pro ("we", "us") collects and handles data when you use our SMS and voice messaging platform, whether through the web dashboard, our REST API, or any official integration.
When you use the Service to send a message, the following data is transmitted to our platform:
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. If you use our WordPress plugin, no data is sent until you have entered your API key in the plugin settings.

We do not use message content or recipient phone numbers for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than message delivery.
To deliver messages we share the recipient phone number and message content with downstream mobile carrier networks. This is inherent to how SMS delivery works. We do not sell your data or share it with any other third parties.
Delivery logs (timestamp, recipient number, message status) are retained in your account for 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
If you use our WordPress plugin, it maintains a local log of outgoing messages (timestamp, recipient number, message content, delivery status) in your WordPress database (wp_eazi_sms_log table). This log is under your control and is retained until you manually clear it or uninstall the plugin, at which point all local log data is permanently deleted.
You are responsible for ensuring that the recipients of messages sent through the Service have given appropriate consent to receive those messages, as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data in our systems, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
