1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Eazi SMS Pro platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Eazi SMS Pro is a bulk SMS and messaging platform that enables businesses and developers to send text and voice messages to any phone number. The Service is accessible via the web dashboard at dashboard.eazismspro.com, through our REST API, and through official integrations such as our WordPress plugin.

3. Account Requirements

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API key, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@eazismspro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited messages (spam) to recipients who have not opted in
• Send messages that are illegal, threatening, harassing, or deceptive
• Impersonate another person, business, or brand
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including those governing SMS marketing (e.g. TCPA in the US, PECR in the UK)
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service or API without prior written agreement

You are solely responsible for obtaining any required consent from SMS recipients before sending messages through the Service.

5. Credits and Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based model. Credits must be purchased in advance and are consumed each time an SMS or voice message is sent. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing is listed on our website and may change with reasonable notice.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including carrier outages or network conditions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice and without refund of unused credits.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, or that the Service will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eazi SMS Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
